Hippology Team

•Hippology team members study about horses, conformation, health, reproduction, styles of riding, breed requirements, aspects of the horse industry. They will take a general knowledge test, go through many identification stations, solve a problem as a team and judge horses in halter and performance classes.

•The Maine team scored 8th overall in the problem solving portion of their 2006 National Competition. There was no 2007 team.

•Kamilla Bramham, Meg Varney, Sarah Swazey (coach), Kayla Ghiglo and Ginny Marston outside of the Kentucky Horse Park November 2006.
