Maine Farmers Market Price Report

Report and Project Purpose:

Up-to-date and market-specific price data is important to farm businesses as they refine business plans, apply for financing, and manage day-to-day operations.

The Maine Farmers Market Price Report is a collaboration among agricultural service providers throughout the state of Maine, who are working together to meet this need.

How to Use Maine Farmers Market Price Report Map:

  • The “Weekly Price Report” tab provides a summary of prices for farmers markets in a variety of regions across the state. Use the filters on the left-hand side to select the relevant region, week, and price set. As you select a region, the map will display the markets that have contributed prices in that region.
  • The “Product Prices Over Time” tab allows you to focus on specific products over time. You can choose the desired products, markets, and time period using the filters on the left in this tab as well.
  • In both tabs, you can print the report that is most relevant to you by making your selections and then clicking the “Download Report” button from the menu on the left.
