If you were asked what important knowledge is required to properly care for horses, would you answer include “anatomy”? It should- join us April 15th to find out why! Work side-by-side with current University of Maine students to learn about horse gait, muscle and bone structure, as well as leg wraps and poultices.

Cost: $10.00 (includes lunch)

Required Forms: Fill out and mail the three forms listed below to Jessy Brainerd, 103 Libby Hall, Orono, ME 04469-5741.

Does engineering intrigue you? Do you like to know how the world around you works, or create things to help people? Would you like to know more about the different types of engineering and what you can do with them? Join the University of Maine Society of Women Engineers for a day of exploring the different types of engineering that you can study at the University of Maine. From chemical, to electrical, to structural engineering — if you can see yourself as an engineer, don’t miss this event!

Cost: $10 (includes lunch)
