The team typically travels to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebige.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Big E<\/a> Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, MA to deliver public presentations at the New England Activity Center.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Join<\/h3>\n<p>Youth are invited to join the Communication Science Team during the Maine 4-H State Public Speaking Event each year in April. Invitations are extended to Senior 4-H youth who earn a blue ribbon at the event.
