Come to the sideline for a quick \u201cgather-learn-discuss\u201d and then get back into the game of 4-H. A variety of topics will he<\/span>lp you improve your strategy- you pick which ones interest you! We meet on the first Friday of each month from 12:00-12:30 p.m. via Zoom. Whether you are an experienced 4-H volunteer or just getting started, there\u2019s something for everyone. We\u2019d love to see you there!<\/span><\/p>\n

No registration required! Volunteers can find the Zoom link in the emails sent directly to them.<\/p>\n

Igniting Youth Sparks: Hands-On Strategies for 4-H Volunteers (recording not available):<\/strong>Discover how to identify and nurture the unique passions, interests, and talents\u2014\u201csparks\u201d\u2014that inspire young people to thrive. This interactive session includes hands-on activities to help volunteers practice strategies for igniting and sustaining youth sparks in their 4-H clubs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prepare for the Fair (recording not available): <\/strong>This 4-H volunteer information session will highlight how mentors can guide youth in preparing their animals and themselves for a successful fair experience. Volunteers will learn ways to support members with showmanship skills, animal care, and confidence in the show ring.<\/span><\/p>\n

Start Strong: Get Organized for a Great 4-H Year!<\/strong><\/span>: <\/span><\/i><\/a>Kick off your 4-H year with confidence! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn simple strategies for setting goals, staying organized, and making the most of your 4-H experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Getting Started with 4-H Market Animals (recording not available): <\/strong>Join us for a 4-H volunteer information session focused on supporting youth with market animal projects, including beef, swine, sheep, and goats. Learn how volunteers play a key role in mentoring members, ensuring animal care, and helping youth succeed in the show ring and beyond.<\/p>\n

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Delegating in 4-H: <\/strong><\/a>You don\u2019t have to do it all alone! Learn how to confidently ask parents and other adults for help, delegate tasks effectively, and build a stronger 4-H team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Navigating 4-H Curriculum Resources: <\/strong><\/a>Explore the wide range of 4-H curriculum materials and learn how to access and utilize guides, activity books, and resource toolkits tailored for youth programming.<\/i>
