The maximum loan amount is $5000.<\/p>\n<h3>Requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a citizen of the United States<\/li>\n<li>Be 10 years to 20 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Comply with FSA\u2019s general eligibility requirements<\/li>\n<li>Be unable to get a loan from other sources<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a modest income-producing project in a supervised program of work as outlined above<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate capability of planning, managing and operating the project under guidance and assistance from a project advisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information, stop by your Local FSA County Office or call Mary Anne Coffin at\u00a0207.990.9140.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Farm Service Agency makes loans to youth to establish and operate agricultural income-producing projects in connection with 4-H clubs, FFA, and other agricultural groups.
