Rockets to the Rescue

The National Science Experiment, the 4-H Rockets to the Rescue, provides and introduction to aerospace and food security. Youth will assemble their own rocket device. They will apply what they have learned through discovery. They will be charged will solving a problem of how to make their device accurate enough to deliver a payload of food to an island in distress. Experiment extensions are available. This activity is designed for grades 5 and up.
