Donna Coffin is responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating Extension educational programs for a variety of clientele in Piscataquis, Penobscot, and Hancock Counties. Clientele includes livestock and crop farmers, beginning farmers, horticulturists, home gardeners, and the general public. Donna is the statewide contact for beef and equine programming. Currently, Donna is PI for the SARE Advanced Poultry Science Training for New England and New York agriculture service providers. Donna has authored a number of agriculture and home horticulture extension publications, administers county and state livestock websites, and county Facebook pages. She also writes a regional farming newsletter and statewide beef newsletter.
