In partnership with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, members of our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seagrant.umaine.edu\/extension\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marine Extension Team<\/a> work on issues of concern to Maine\u2019s coastal communities.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.maineaquaculture.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maine Aquaculture Association<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mainelobstermen.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maine Lobstermen\u2019s Association<\/a> \u2014 The MLA advocates for a sustainable lobster resource and the fishermen and communities that depend on it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Fishing Safety<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.necenter.org\/fishing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Northeast Center for Occupational Safety and Health<\/a>: Commercial fishing is one of the most dangerous occupations in the United States.
