Each sign has a color assigned to it to get your attention. There are universally accepted colors associated with each sign: <strong>caution signs are yellow<\/strong>, <strong>warning signs are orange<\/strong> and <strong>danger signs are red<\/strong>. Following are safety messages and their meanings, each of these signs will have a written message, and perhaps a picture, about an unsafe condition.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #ffff00\">\u2666\u2666\u2666\u2666\u00a0<\/span> CAUTION <\/span>means you need to be careful. Follow the directions on the sign or you could get hurt.<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">\u2666\u2666\u2666\u2666<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 WARNING<\/span> is more serious and means you need to follow the directions on the sign or you could be badly hurt or killed.<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">\u2666\u2666\u2666\u2666<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 DANGER <\/span>is the most serious safety message. If you don\u2019t follow the directions, you will be seriously injured or killed.<\/h3>\n<p><em>Manufacturers put important safety messages on tractors, machinery, and chemicals. You can also find them in the operator\u2019s manual.
