As part of the Assistive Technology Act, the Alternative Financing Programs (AFPs) are poised to assist people with disabilities (and their families) in getting the assistive technology they need. There are 42 AFPs throughout the country that can help individuals and organizations learn about possible funding resources, as well as provide low-interest (or no-interest) financing for AT devices and services. This webinar will cover services and resources that can be accessed through the AFPs.<\/p>\n

Contact information about AFPs will be provided along with examples of collaborations between these programs and organizations such as AgrAbility projects. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.<\/p>\n
