There\u2019s always something to do on the farm, and it\u2019s important to remember communication practices always affect the farm\u2019s bottom line. <\/span>&#8211;<em>Dr. B. A quick check-in question such as, \u201cHow are you doing this week?\u201d or \u201cAnything special planned for the weekend?\u201d can create a space for connection. The same goes for co-workers, of course. Monday morning seems a natural time to hear stories and news.
