(Frost)?\u00a0 Not to mention the S word (Snow)?\u00a0 The drop in temperature and decrease in daylight can have a significant impact on people\u2019s moods and motivation.\u00a0 In this webinar, we will explore the \u201cWinter Blues\u201d, what they are, and how to prepare to do battle with them. Monica McConkey will be leading the session and will be joined by farmers\/agriculturalists with experience in agriculturally related stress. Monica Kramer McConkey, Rural Mental Health Specialist, and LPC has 25+ years of experience in the behavioral health field as a child and adolescent counselor, program supervisor, and administrator. Monica grew up on a farm and has an intimate understanding of the dynamics that contribute to farm stress and its impact on farm families.
