Youth members and adult project leaders should be involved in developing this Plan, which should then be shared and approved by the Club. Independent Members will also need to develop and submit a Plan. Please send a copy of the Plan to the Androscoggin-Sagadahoc Counties Extension office by December 31, by <a href=\"mailto:isabella.viselli@maine.edu\">email<\/a> or mail. Our address is 24 Main Street, Lisbon Falls, ME 04252.<\/p>\n<p>A digital copy of the Plan of Work form can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/androscoggin-sagadahoc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2014\/10\/4-H-Plan-of-Work-Form.pdf\">on our website<\/a>, and hard copies can be picked up at the office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For questions, please contact Izzy Viselli at <a href=\"mailto:isabella.viselli@maine.edu\">isabella.viselli@maine.edu<\/a> or 207.353.5550.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>(Re) Enrollment through ZSuite<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you manage your family\u2019s account via ZSuite, re-enrollment is just a few clicks away:<\/p>\n<p>Log in or create an account at <a href=\"http:\/\/4h.zsuite.org\">4h.zsuite.org<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the PRIMARY profile and enter your 4-character PIN.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the name of the youth member you wish to enroll.<\/li>\n<li>Click on ENROLL MEMBER NOW.<\/li>\n<li>Review\/update the requested member information. When you are done with that, click<br \/>\nNEXT<\/li>\n<li>Here you will read and electronically sign the 4-H participation waiver(s), click NEXT.<\/li>\n<li>Here is where you will select your club or clubs and desired projects. There may be clubs<br \/>\nand projects listed that carried over from your enrollment during the last program year.<\/li>\n<li>To add clubs, select your county. This defaults to the county submitted when you created<br \/>\nyour account. You may need to select another county to find your desired club.<\/li>\n<li>Select your Club from the drop-down menu. Select ADD CLUB.<\/li>\n<li>To add projects for any of the clubs, select ADD PROJECT for the desired clubs. Select the<br \/>\ndesired project from the drop-down menu. Select ADD PROJECT and the selection will be<br \/>\nadded to the club. Feel free to add additional clubs or projects. If you make a mistake or<br \/>\nwish to remove a project, select the X and confirm you wish to delete the project.<\/li>\n<li>When done making your selections, click Submit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Enrollment records need to be active\/green status before engaging in 4-H activities and to register for events. Enrollment for current members is due on December 31, 2023. New enrollments are due on April 1, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong><a id=\"club-news\"><\/a>Club News<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"midcoast-mainers\"><\/a>Midcoast Mainers<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">Some members of the Midcoast Mainers 4-H club attended our annual field trip to West Springfield, MA for the Equine Affaire. The Equine Affaire is North America&#8217;s premiere equine exposition and equestrian gathering. It offers a massive lineup of equine clinicians, trainers, educators and everyday horse lovers for a weekend filled with educational experiences, demonstrations and lots and lots of shopping. The kids enjoyed attending Fantasia, a musical celebration of the horse, and swimming with their 4H friends at the hotel pool. Plush ponies were purchased, stick horses were colored, many horses were pat and our horse-loving souls were filled. Members of the Community Central club at Hillview wanted to refresh the space and planned a service project to reorganize the space and add some fresh paint &#8220;so it has a calm and relaxing feel to it&#8221;. This is a requirement for all youth intending to participate as members of the Maine 4-H Beef Team at the Eastern States Exposition in September.
