There’s lots to see in this month’s newsletter, make sure you don’t miss out!<\/p>\n Maine 4-H is back with another exciting year of hands-on virtual programming with the 4-H Summer Learning Series!<\/p>\n There are workshops for all age ranges!<\/p>\n Cloverbuds<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>can check out barnyard animals or animals under the sea!\u00a0 Go from the garden to the kitchen to learning about the weather!<\/p>\n Youth ages 9 – 11<\/strong><\/a> have lots of fun opportunities too!\u00a0 From a day at the spa to designing a flood-resistant community, or go from embroidering a design to dissecting a squid or an owl pellet!\u00a0 There are so many diverse options!<\/p>\n Ages 12 and up<\/strong><\/a> have plenty to do as well! Adulting 101 is back for another year of building relationships and learning life skills!\u00a0 You could also learn to paint Ukrainian eggs, or boost your babysitting skills.<\/p>\n Registration opens for enrolled Maine 4-H members Friday, May 23, 2025, and then to all youth starting June 2.\u00a0 Registration is first-come, first-serve \u2013 so sign up soon!<\/p>\n Register On Our Websie Now<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n This summer we’re going to start packing our bags to hit the road to\u00a0adulthood. Join teens from across the\u00a0state\u00a0in this virtual series designed to introduce real world skills necessary for #adulting.<\/p>\n Registration opens May 23rd through the Summer Learning Series, open to all Maine youth ages 13 to 18, and closes June 10 on the event webpage: https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/4h\/summer-learning\/<\/a><\/p>\n Dates:<\/strong> Wednesdays, July 9, 16, 23, and 30<\/p>\n Time:<\/strong> 4:00-5:30 PM<\/p>\n Location:<\/strong> Virtual over Zoom<\/p>\n Ages:<\/strong> 12 and up<\/p>\n Cost:<\/strong> Free!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This month we designed the signs for the plant sale.
