All entries must be hung by 3:00.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>5:30 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Weighing 4-H Baby Beef<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6:00 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Walking of the Baby Beef \u2013 Livestock Show Ring<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Friday, August 4th<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>9:00 AM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 4-H Horse Show \u2013 George Allen Arena<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4:00 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 4-H Baby Beef Show \u2013 Livestock Show Ring<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Saturday, August 5th \u2013 4-H Day!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>All Day<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Scavenger hunt \u2013 Start at the 4-H Office<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pick up a scavenger hunt form at the 4-H Office (between the grandstand and food booth).\u00a0 This activity will lead you on a hunt around the fairgrounds searching for 4-H clovers with information about the NM Fair and 4-H.\u00a0 Return the completed form to the office to be entered in a prize drawing. Only fully completed forms will be accepted.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>10:00 AM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Judging\/Showing Clinic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participation is encouraged for any member interested in showing their animals.\u00a0 We also hope to include instruction in how to judge or a judging contest.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t have an animal on site you are welcome to join us with a stuffed animal or to observe.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>12:00 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 4-H Animal Costume Show \u2013 Livestock Show Ring<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dress up yourself and your animal or stuffy and join us for a costume contest.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>2:00 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 4-H Relay\/Obstacle Course \u2013 Livestock Show Ring<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fun for all ages! Make your way through the obstacle course, challenge your friends, and see who has the best time.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>1:00 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 4-H Demo Ex \u2013 4-H Grandstand<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Demo Ex is designed to allow our members to showcase their unique talents and interests. Traditional public speaking presentations are welcome as well as animal demonstrations, project demonstrations, tutorials, or skill demonstrations, we also welcome talent demonstrations so long as there is an education piece that accompanies it (ex: dance demo with an explanation of steps, health benefits, etc).\u00a0 Youth will be judged on their ability to communicate effectively, answer questions, and poise.\u00a0 Time limit:\u00a0 Juniors\/Seniors 5 minutes, Cloverbuds 3 minutes.
