Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel by this date will not receive a refund.<\/p>\n<h3>Check-In Time<\/h3>\n<p>check in will be between the hours of 8 AM to 8:45AM<\/p>\n<h3>Fee (Unless otherwise stated):<\/h3>\n<p>Includes instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of demonstration equipment, and lunch. The fee is collected upon registration.<\/p>\n<h3>Clothing<\/h3>\n<p>You will start your day inside, but classes will be held outdoors for most of the day, so dress accordingly. Participants must bring warm, waterproof clothing, and footwear suitable for seasonal conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>Meals<\/h3>\n<p>Meals will be served between sessions, please be sure to complete your dietary needs form online.<\/p>\n<h3>Equipment<\/h3>\n<p>Gear for all courses will be provided unless stated otherwise. Bringing a water bottle is encouraged.
