\"\"Registration Confirmation<\/h3>\n

Upon being registered, you will be sent an email confirmation.\u00a0 Within that confirmation, you will be instructed to log back into your account to complete the forms needed for participation.\u00a0 If you have any question, please reach out to us at 207.665.2068 or registration.bp@maine.edu<\/a>,<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy:<\/h3>\n

If you cancel within 10 days in advance of an event, you will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel by this date will not receive a refund.<\/p>\n

Check-In Time<\/h3>\n

Participants arriving on Saturday check in will be between the hours of 8 AM to 8:30 AM<\/p>\n

Fee (Unless otherwise stated):<\/h3>\n

Includes instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of demonstration equipment, and lunch. The fee is collected upon registration.<\/p>\n

Clothing<\/h3>\n

You will start your day inside, but classes will be held outdoors for most of the day, so dress accordingly. Participants must bring warm, waterproof clothing, and footwear suitable for seasonal conditions.<\/p>\n

Meals<\/h3>\n

Meals will be served between sessions, please be sure to complete your dietary needs form online.<\/p>\n

Inclement Weather<\/h3>\n

Winter Skills Weekend is postponed only in the event of a major storm if we determine that it is too hazardous to travel.\u00a0 A determination will be made 24 hrs before the start of the program and a representative will be in contact with you.<\/p>\n

Equipment<\/h3>\n

Gear for all courses will be provided unless stated otherwise. Bringing a water bottle is encouraged. Please be sure to dress for the elements.<\/p>\n

Accommodations:<\/h3>\n

Lakeside Lodge: \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This two-story building which is heated year-round, has bathroom accessibility across the halls from the bunk rooms. Each room consists of four bunks, totaling eight beds.<\/p>\n

Rustic Cabins: \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The cabins do have electricity and the option of a wood stove or a small electric heater. Bathroom facilities are located within a short walk from the cabins. Each cabin houses up to 12 participants. Cabins require good mobility as they are located on a slight slope.<\/p>\n
