Should you have a problem (Seven days or more before the workshop), please notify us in writing (or E-mail us at extension.bryantpond@maine.edu). We do not refund participant fees less than seven days before the workshop.<\/p>\n<h3>Check-in Time<\/h3>\n<p>Please arrive between 8:30\u20139 a.m. to check-in. Welcome begins at 9 a.m. and classes begin promptly following introductions.<\/p>\n<h3>Fee<\/h3>\n<p>Includes instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of demonstration equipment, and lunch. The fee is collected upon registration.<\/p>\n<h3>Clothing<\/h3>\n<p>You will start your day inside, but classes will be held outdoors for most of the day, so dress accordingly. Participants should bring warm, waterproof clothing, and footwear suitable for seasonal conditions.\u00a0 For additional suggestions please download the suggested SustainME what to bring list.<\/p>\n<h3>Lunch<\/h3>\n<p>Lunch will be served between sessions, please see attached the SustainME lunch options.<\/p>\n<h3>Inclement Weather<\/h3>\n<p>SustainME will be postponed only in the event of a major storm if we determine that it is too hazardous to travel.\u00a0 A determination will be made 24 hrs before the start of the program and a representative will be in contact with you.<\/p>\n<h3>Equipment<\/h3>\n<p>Gear for all courses will be provided unless stated otherwise. Bringing a water bottle is encouraged. Please be sure to dress for the elements.<\/p>\n<h3>Accommodations<\/h3>\n<p>For those seeking to spend the night in the local area.\u00a0 Bethel, Maine, is just a short 12-minute drive and offers several varieties of accommodations.
