Learn the basics, such as necessary equipment, recommended recipes and ingredients, and enjoy the ease of fermentation. You will start a batch of sauerkraut or kimchi, learn the steps towards fermentation and take your first batch home to finish.
This workshop will take place at The Pod, the large building at Frinklepod Farm. Weather permitting, class will be outside (under cover) but may move indoors if necessary.
