ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Course and Exam, November 16, 2026

This 8-hour ServSafe® Course from 9:00am – 5:00pm helps prepare you for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam.

The course covers these topics:

  • The Importance of Food Safety
  • Good Personal Hygiene
  • Time and Temperature Control
  • Preventing Cross-Contamination
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
  • Safe Food Preparation
  • Receiving and Storing Food
  • Methods of Thawing, Cooking, Cooling, and Reheating Food
  • And more…

The exam will immediately follow the course.

Students will receive the ServSafe® Manager Book 9th Ed. revised, diagnostic exam, and practice exam approximately 2 weeks prior to the course.

Registration Fee: $150.00 per person

Registration fees for this class are non-refundable.
