Summer Special Interest (SPIN) clubs are designed to get 4-H and non-4-H youth engaged in activities that fuel their spark. SPIN club offerings vary year to year and are driven by youth interests and community needs. Current 4-H enrollment is not necessary for participation, however members will be enrolled in Cumberland County 4-H upon registration.<\/p>\n

If you are interested in any of these 4-H Programs, but are concerned about the cost, please contact Cumberland 4-H staff to discuss financial assistance in the form of a reduced or waived fee.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
