Balsamic Vinaigrette

This Balsamic Vinaigrette is a classic, tangy dressing made with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Servings 5 2 tablespoons

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
  • In a bowl or container, mix vinegar and mustard together.
  • Add oil and mix together until combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste (optional).

Storage

  • Refrigerate any leftovers as soon as possible or within 2 hours for safety.
  • Use leftovers within 4 days.
