Dill Vinaigrette

Elevate your salads with this dill vinaigrette recipe, a homemade dressing bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. This quick and easy vinaigrette is the perfect addition to green salads, potato salads, or as a marinade.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon mustard powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar (apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, red or white wine vinegar)
  • ¼ cup oil (canola, olive, or vegetable)

Instructions
 

  • Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
  • If using fresh dill, gently rinse under cold running water and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
  • In a container with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the herbs and spices with the vinegar. Shake until mixed.
  • In a bowl or container mix dill, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, pepper, salt, and sugar together.
  • Add vinegar and mix together.
  • Add oil and mix together until combined.

Storage

  • For safety, refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container as soon as possible, or within 2 hours, and use within 4 days.
