Broccoli Casserole, Easy

Serves: 4


1 large head broccoli, chopped into 1-inch pieces (equals 3 cups)
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Wash and trim broccoli. Cook in a covered pot, in a small amount of boiling water about 8 -10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Place broccoli in a 1 quart casserole dish.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over broccoli. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes or until bubbly.
