Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 ounce can green chiles, chopped
1 cup corn
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe container.
  2. Cover tightly. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until boiling.
  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Excellent on nachos or any Mexican food.
