Course Dips & Dressings
Servings 8 1 tablespoon

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
  • Gently rinse green onions under cold running water and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, ginger, and sliced green onions.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Let the dip sit for at least 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This is an optional step, but it helps the ginger and green onion flavors infuse into the soy sauce.

Storage

  • For safety, refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container as soon as possible, or within 2 hours, and use within 4 days.
