Spray a casserole dish or 8\u00d78-inch pan with cooking spray.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thaw corn in the microwave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Drain the water off the chicken breast.
