Stir together.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Remove from heat and mash well with a potato masher or blend in a blender until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pour blended soup back into a pot or saucepan, r<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">eheat until hot.
