Dot with some (about \u2153) of the butter. Sprinkle with part of the flour, salt, and pepper. Repeat layering until all potatoes are used, about 2\u20133 layers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sprinkle cheese over top layer; pour milk over potatoes.
