\/>\n2 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic (about 6 cloves)<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon salt<br \/>\n\u215b teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut brussels sprouts in half and toss in oil mixture until evenly coated.<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking sheet with foil and spread brussels sprouts evenly on the baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Roast in oven for 25-30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a
