Before you go to the store, plan out what breakfast meals you will have each day of that week, whether it\u2019s the same meal every day or a different meal each day. Write out a grocery list to reflect your plan.<\/li>\n<li>Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myplate.gov\/\">MyPlate <\/a>as a guide to ensure you have included as many of the five food groups into the breakfast you plan.<\/li>\n<li>Make your meals simple. Often we think we need a large, labor-intensive breakfast, but sometimes the less complicated, the better.\u00a0 A simple breakfast can be healthy and cost effective.
