This <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/food-health\/recipes\/cinnamon-yogurt-dip\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cinnamon Yogurt Dip<\/a> is the dip I\u2019ll be bringing to the next event because it\u2019s simple to make and I usually have all the ingredients available at home.<\/p>\n<h3>Work with What You\u2019ve Got<\/h3>\n<p>One of the best things about this dip is how adaptable it is. You\u2019ll need yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and your favorite sweetener. If allergies aren\u2019t a concern, I highly recommend adding peanut butter too.<\/p>\n<p>Dietary needs? If you or the people you\u2019re feeding have a dairy allergy or sensitivity simply use your favorite dairy-free yogurt. Instead of peanut butter, try sunflower butter or soynut butter.<\/p>\n<p>Plain or flavored yogurt? While plain yogurt with added sweetener gives you more control over the sugar content, you can use flavored vanilla yogurt if that&#8217;s what you have. Just keep in mind the added sugar will likely be higher.<\/p>\n<h3>Why You\u2019ll Love This Dip<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Protein boost: Especially if using Greek yogurt and nut butter, it will help keep you full longer.<\/li>\n<li>Calcium boost: good source of calcium, which is important for bones and teeth.<\/li>\n<li>Lower in added sugar: When you make it yourself with plain yogurt, you can control the sweetness. This will result in a dip with less added sugar than store-bought options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Serving Suggestions<\/h3>\n<p>Try pairing this dip with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fresh fruit like apples, pears, grapes, or berries<\/li>\n<li>Graham crackers<\/li>\n<li>Pretzels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Try this for your next party and see how many people you can get on board with the \u201csecret ingredient.\u201d Looking for a savory option?
