SUMMARY:Apple Pruning at Morrison Hill Orchard
DESCRIPTION:Join Nick Rowley and Bella Russo from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension and Chris and Jodi Hollingsworth from Morrison Hill Orchard to learn about pruning apples. \nParticipants will learn pruning basics with a focus on pruning trees that have been left unpruned for a time\, learn about safe and ergonomic use of pruning equipment\, and visit a commercial orchard. \nRegistration is required and limited to 25 people on a first come first first-served basis. \nA Donation of $5-10 dollars suggested. \n Register Online \n\nFor more information or a reasonable accommodation\, please contact Nick Rowley at 207.778.4650 or nicholas.rowley@maine.edu.
