What is the Wobble and Gobble Virtual Race? It\u2019s a fun and active way to support a great cause!<\/p>\n

\"CartonBy participating in our virtual race, you\u2019ll be supporting the 4-H camps in their ability to continue connecting youth through affordable environmental education and nature-based experiences.<\/p>\n

Lace up your running shoes, grab hiking boots, or hop on a treadmill \u2013 the choice is yours! \u00a0Join us for a fun and fulfilling experience.<\/p>\n

Help Make a Difference:<\/h3>\n

Extension\u2019s 4-H program is dedicated to empowering youth to become confident, capable, and compassionate leaders. Our 4-H Centers are self-supporting, and fundraising efforts are vital to our ability to serve Maine youth in summer camp and in the school year.<\/p>\n

Your participation in the Wobble and Gobble virtual 5K will have a real impact!<\/p>\n

Ready to take on the challenge? Register today and run, walk or hike through Thanksgiving weekend! Encourage your friends and Extension colleagues, and help us reach our goal of $10,000.<\/p>\n

How to Get Started:<\/h3>\n

  1. Click link to sign up for the race.<\/li>\n
  2. Log your miles each day through November 26!<\/li>\n
  3. Invite friends and family to participate.<\/li>\n
  4. Encourage friends and family to support your participation by making pledges.<\/li>\n
  5. Get ready to \u201cwobble and gobble\u201d from the comfort of your own neighborhood! Walk, Run or Hike at your own pace!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Participation Perks:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Register by November 20, and you will receive a stylish Sporttec shirt. (Make sure to indicate size during registration, due to mailing sizes will not be able to be exchanged). \u00a0Shirts will be mailed out following the Thanksgiving holiday.<\/li>\n
    • If registrations reach 100 participants or more, random prizes will be drawn.<\/li>\n
    • Prize for furthest distance recorded by Thanksgiving Day!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You can further support the camps by donating by sharing this event with friends and family!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      • \"WobbleRaise $150 or more through our pledge registration program, and you\u2019ll earn an exclusive travel tumbler as a token of our appreciation.<\/li>\n
      • Raise $250 or more your name will be placed in a drawing for a prize package.<\/li>\n
      • Team prize for groups raising $500 or more will be placed in a drawing for a prize package.<\/li>\n
      • If the event, reaches $5k a random drawing amongst participants for Bushnell Nitro Binoculars valued at $300.00<\/li>\n
      • If the event reaches it fundraising goal of $10k participants will be placed in a drawing for a $625 gift certificate to be used for the camp program of their choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        100% of all proceeds will benefit the Bryant Pond 4-H Camp and Learning Centers.<\/strong><\/h3>\n
