HCEA monthly meetings are typically scheduled on the 4th Thursday of the month from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Meetings are not held in November, July, or August. Subcommittees may schedule additional meetings at their convenience. It is important that members are able to attend all meetings. Would you be available to attend meetings?*
