Why 4-H Project Records?<\/h3>\n

4-H Project Records are used by 4-H members to demonstrate the goals they have set, what they have learned, and what they have achieved during their 4-H year. The records should provide clear and detailed information so that anyone can understand the project and the outcomes and learnings. These 4-H Project Records allow 4-H members to express their learning in a variety of ways, choosing from the various types of forms to create a personalized record book.<\/p>\n

Deciding Which to Use<\/h3>\n

The coversheet is the only\u00a0required\u00a0<\/i>form, but Club Leaders and\/or the Leaders Association<\/b> can determine additional requirements for clubs,<\/b> scholarships, trips, or additional awards\/recognition from the other categories below.<\/p>\n
