University of Maine Cooperative Extension\u2019s Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) delivers free interactive food and nutrition education to income-eligible parents, caregivers, young adults, teens, and children.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Are you or someone you know interested in improving you and your family\u2019s health, saving money at the store, and basic nutrition tips? Are you pregnant or do you have children under 19 in the household? Are you between the ages of 18-25 and do not have children? Are you part of a community agency that works with parents or caregivers who would like to host an EFNEP class?<\/span><\/p>\n

EFNEP has several class options available for adults and youth. For more information, please complete the <\/span>EFNEP Class Request form<\/span><\/a> or email <\/span>extension.efnep@maine.edu<\/span><\/a>, and a staff member will contact you.<\/span><\/p>\n
