\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/u>\u00a0my (<strong>Circle One:\u00a0 <\/strong>son | daughter | ward ) being permitted to participate in <strong>Monmouth\u2019s 4-H Horse Show <\/strong>conducted by the <strong>Monmouth Fair<\/strong>, I, for my ( son | daughter | ward ), ________________________________________, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive and discharge the <strong>Monmouth Fair<\/strong>, its <strong>officers<\/strong>, <strong>members<\/strong>, <strong>employees<\/strong>, <strong>and each of them<\/strong><u>,<\/u> herein after referred to as releasees, from all liability to my ( son | daughter | ward ), his\/her spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assigns, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim for damages resulting there from, on account of injury to his\/her person or property, even injury resulting in death of my ( son | daughter | ward ), whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise while the releasor is engaged in the above-described event or events.<\/p>\n<p>I agree to indemnify the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur due to the presence of my (son\/daughter\/ward) in or upon the property of the <strong>Monmouth Fair<\/strong> or property rented, leased, or used thereby, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>I hereby assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage due to the negligence of releasees or otherwise while in or upon the property rented, leased, or used thereby, and while competing, officiating in, working or for any purpose participating in the above-described event or events.<\/p>\n<p>I expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be a broad and inclusive as permitted by the Laws of the State of Maine and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Optional for Non-Parents:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The undersigned
