For those interested in in-depth coverage of risk avoidance and management of musculoskeletal injuries. Information will include movement self-advocacy and considerations for implementing change within a farm’s strategies. ​

June 3: Foundations of Injury Risk Management: Food, Fluid, Sleep and Stress
June 10: Body Mechanics and Movement Patterns: Squats, Hinges, and Carries
June 17: Movement Wellness vs Injury Rehab
Each session will have 15-20 minutes of Q&A

This workshop is an online version of Labor-Movement’s in-person Movement Workshops. There will be limited opportunity for movement practice during this session. Access to low-to-no-cost resources will be made available. Recordings will not be made available.

While focus is directed toward agriculture, any BODY can utilize this information for any of the work you do.
