Attend this year\u2019s Farm Succession School! You\u2019ll get structured and sustained support to make decisions, engage your family, and organize the legal and financial mechanics.<\/p>\n<p>Topics include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goal setting<\/li>\n<li>Estate planning<\/li>\n<li>Retirement planning and budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Family communications<\/li>\n<li>Legal structures and considerations<\/li>\n<li>Bringing on a successor<\/li>\n<li>Management transfer and mentoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Farmers who have participated in past Succession Schools loved the amount of attention they received, and valued the trust and sharing that developed among the participants, regardless of scale or type of enterprise.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is a big relief to me!
