First up is “Accessing Resources.” If you are interested in starting a farm, it is never too soon to consider your options of how to access land and capital resources. Join Maine’s field agent for Land For Good and Bo Dennis, MOFGA’s Beginning Farmer Specialist, to brainstorm about your future farm, the land base you’ll need and the variety of ways to achieve your farm dream. This session will include time for you to hear from others, reflect on your goals and learn about the resources available to support you in farming in Maine. A Zoom link will be sent to all registrants.
Zoom- Starting Your Farm Session 2: Selecting Enterprises — October 16 5-7pm
