Purpose The Parent Program of Mid-Coast Maine (PPMM) Governing Board manages the business and affairs of the Parent Program of Mid-Coast Maine with a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension. PPMM is the local implementing agency for the Maine Families Program serving the Mid-Coast Region including Knox, Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties
