Ever wonder how to preserve all those great fruits and vegetables grown right here in Maine.  Join us for an overview of current and tested safe practices of food preservation.  We will review both water bath canners, pressure canners, food safe freezer containers and dehydrating methods.  We will also demonstrate how to blanch produce safely.
