Revenue to Extension
For those of you using Programming for your Events, we have an exciting update!
We have a new field on Event Member called “Revenue to Extension.” If your event is a paid event, this field calculates the amount that will show up on the GL and the total amount that you are receiving from each event member for their attendance. We updated your ‘Get Registration List’ button to reflect that amount.
Due to this change, we ask that if someone pays another way (via check, at the time of the event, cash, etc) that when you use Payment Status “Paid – All Other Methods” that you also input their payment amount into “Payment Amount”. This way, when you run your ‘Get Registration List’ report, your revenue will all be included in Salesforce and will add up correctly for an accurate total.
