The EPC periodically coordinates professional development and networking meetings. In addition, the EPC coordinates an annual meeting of all Extension Professionals. This is generally a one- or two-day event with workshops and breakout sessions on topics that are relevant to our work and of interest to the Professionals we represent.<\/p>\n

Professionals learned about recent changes to the process, talked to a recent applicant, and heard from past reviewers.<\/p>\n November 2, 2022 <\/strong>– The EPC held an informational session during Extension’s All Organizational Conference.<\/p>\n Fall 2021 Extension Professional Workshops<\/a><\/p>\n March 17, 2021 <\/strong>– The EPC held an informational session during Extension’s All Organizational Conference. We introduced the committee and talked a little about our purpose and what we are working on. Attendees had the opportunity to give feedback on topics (promotion process, connecting with other professional groups, faculty vs. professional positions, union and contract details) and were invited to join our committee.<\/p>\n Fall 2020 Virtual Extension Professionals Meeting<\/a> – Due to COVID-19, this year’s Professional Meeting was held virtually.<\/p>\n 2017 Professionals Meeting<\/a> held at Blueberry Cove 4-H Center.<\/p>\n
