Angela Martin will order these name badges for new employees upon their start date. If the badge is lost, upon the request of the staff member, a replacement fee of $10.00 will be charged to the Extension account that funds the staff member. If an employee changes their name, there is a charge of $2.00 for a replacement name tape, contact Ella Glatter at <a href=\"mailto:ella.glatter@maine.edu\">ella.glatter@maine.edu<\/a> to have this change made. When an employee resigns or retires their name badges are to be sent to Ella Glatter. We are able to reuse these and it is a cost savings for the organization.
