This process typically begins in late spring and continues through the summer.<\/li>\n<li>Reports for each Federal fiscal year (ending <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">September 30<\/span><\/span>) are due by <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">October 15<\/span><\/span>\u00a0of that year.
