Join the University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to cook with Maine foods in the winter.

$5 suggested donation per class.

Registration is required – Participants will receive the Zoom information after registering for this event.

January 12 – Using Unusual Maine Vegetables

  • Demonstrate how to use these vegetables in your home cooking and baking
  • Answer your questions

January 26 – Savory Harvest Pies

  • Discuss using Maine ingredients in savory pies
  • Demonstrate how to make several recipes
  • Answer your questions
