Join the University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to cook with Maine foods in the winter.

$5 suggested donation per class.

Registration is required – Participants will receive the Zoom information after registering for this event.

March 23 – Preparing for Food Preservation Season: Using Home Canned Foods in Cooking

  • Discuss ways to use home canned foods in meals
  • Demonstrate recipes using home canned food
  • Answer your questions
